If you voluntarily submit inquiries, technical reports, support messages, or donations via the "Contact Us" or "Donate" forms within our platform or mobile application, any personal details provided (such as name, email address, phone number, and inquiry or donation details) are securely transmitted via encrypted HTTPS and stored in our cloud backend database (Supabase). This information is used exclusively to respond to your request, process feedback, or maintain donation records. Such information is never repurposed for marketing or commercial distribution.
2. On-Device Data Persistence
To deliver a seamless and customized user experience, the Application utilizes local device storage mechanisms (including Android Room Database and SharedPreferences). Data stored locally includes, but is not limited to, bookmarked ayahs, reading progress markers, audio playback preferences, and visual typography settings.
All locally persisted data remains strictly contained within the sandboxed environment of your device and is neither transmitted to external servers nor accessible to third parties.
3. Network Protocols & Connectivity
The Application requests standard Internet permission (android.permission.INTERNET) strictly to execute necessary network operations, including:
• Streaming high-fidelity audio recitations from remote content delivery servers.
• Transmitting user-initiated Contact Us and Support/Donation form submissions securely to our Supabase database.
• Retrieving operational app metadata and content updates.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure & Tracking Policy
4.1 Secure Cloud Infrastructure (Supabase):
Voluntary form submissions (including Contact Us inquiries and Donate entries) are processed and stored via Supabase secure cloud backend infrastructure, protected by industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) protocols and encrypted API connections to prevent unauthorized access.
4.2 Absence of Advertising & Profiling:
The Application does not integrate third-party advertising networks, commercial tracking software, behavioral profiling tools, or analytical SDKs. We do not sell, rent, license, or monetize any user data under any circumstances.
